Policy on wrong addresses
If a wrong delivery address is entered during the order process, we are not responsible for the lost packages. If the parcel is returned to us as a result, there will be a return fee of £2 plus shipping charges for the redelivery. If you want to process a refund on these orders, the return fee of £2 plus a shipping charge will be deducted, and the refund will be processed upon our receipt of the returned parcel.


Weekday order cut off time is 12pm

Usually this means if you place your order before 12pm your order is dispatched the same day to be delivered the following day.
